Return and Refund Policy

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from us please notify Australiawide Wreckers as soon as possible. If we are satisfied that the parts are faulty, then we will either replace or refund the product for you subject to the following conditions:

  • That you contact us within the warranty period of 60 days.
  • That the part in question has not been altered or disassembled in anyway

Unless the above conditions are met no refund or replacements will be process.

 

REFUND and REPLACEMENT Processing

  1. Return the product including a copy of your invoice/receipt to : Australiawide Wreckers, No.9 Lot 221 Common Road, Muswellbrook NSW 2333
  2. We advise that you ship your return via Registered Post or signature required shipping as we will not be held liable to any lost returns. Shipping cost of the return will be shouldered by the customer.
  3. Once we received your return, we will check the product to ensure that it has not been disassembled or altered in anyway. (We have a way of checking this as all our parts have labels/markings to verify tampering)
  4. If we are satisfied that the product has not been altered or disassembled in anyway, then Australiawide Wreckers will process your refund or replacement.

**Note that refunds does not include shipping cost as this is non-refundable.
